Sacred Earth: A Journey into Deep Connection
Nestled in the enchanted landscapes of Findhorn, this seven-day immersive retreat invites you to step into the rhythm of nature and restore your own natural rhythm. Here, where the sea meets the sky and the forest stands quiet, you will embark on a journey of self-nurturing, gentle healing, and creative expression.
Through shamanic practices, nature-based rituals, and hands-on craft workshops, you will deepen your connection with the land, listening to the spirits of the trees, the whispers of the wind, and the wisdom held in stone. You will cultivate a loving space for your inner vision to come out and play, and align with the natural flow of creation that moves through all things.
Whether we walk the land or sit in stillness, you can experience a deeper awareness of your relationship with all beings. While you listen with presence, you open yourself to guidance, and embrace the creative spark that brings your dreams to life. More than just a retreat, this is a pilgrimage into the sacred Earth—a chance to reconnect with nature, yourself, and the great web of life, all the while having fun with like minded souls.

Program Schedule
The program flows naturally, guided by the energy of the group and the wisdom of the land. Nature will be our playground and the shamanic journey our soul map. The pace is gentle, the atmosphere relaxed—an invitation to breathe deeply, step away from the world for a while, and witness the beauty of nature. Let the whispering trees, salt-kissed air, and birdsong surround you as you slow down, catch up with yourself, and perhaps even dance with the Fae. There will be time to rest, explore at your own pace, and experience the many wonderful activities the eco-village has to offer. While we follow a schedule, you are free to engage with the program in a way that aligns with your needs and rhythm.

This will be my first retreat in Findhorn since 2012, so most of the images you see here are from past retreats held in other beautiful corners of the world, some taken by me around the eco-village, and a few are stock photos that capture the spirit of what we’ll be sharing. If you’ve joined my retreats before, I know you’ll feel the call to gather with us again. And if we haven’t met yet and you’re wondering whether this experience is right for you, let’s connect—I'd love to hear from you.
You can also take a moment to read what others around the world have shared about their experiences with my work. Their words might offer the insight you’re looking for.
Testimonials
Retreat Leader
Cinzia Sarigu

Ceremonialist, healer and shamanic teacher
My name is Cinzia and I was born in Sardinia, moved to England in 1995 and since then I have trained in the UK, Canada, Mexico and Guatemala. I've been an activist and social justice advocate since I was in high school and over the years I've trained in the field of permaculture, teaching and community building. Alongside my passion for social and environmental restoration, I cultivated a strong connection to Spirit. My shamanic practice evolved over the course of many years from direct experience, mostly with indigenous teachers and through night dreams.
Nowadays I live in the Findhorn eco village in Scotland and I continue to teach online and internationally in person.
