Lighten up the Heart is a free weekly meditation that was created to stay connected, stay grounded and feed the spirit with positive, healing energy. As it continues to bring together people form all over the world, it has become a weekly ritual that many cherish and look forward to. 

Here's what to expect from the meditation.

Lighten up the heart is an online event that takes place every Saturday between 4-5 pm British Time. 

We begin by briefly introducing ourselves to the rest of the group, and saying where we are calling from. It's so nice to see  faces from so many different places! Don't worry if large, impersonal Zoom callas are not for you, our groups are always small, with an average of 10 people at one time, that allows for a friendly atmosphere and real human interactions.
